By checking the "I agree to the Terms and Conditions" box on any submission form, you ("the Client") enter into a binding agreement with Workflow ("the Company").
1 Introduction and Scope of Services
Workflow provides a comprehensive range of academic, creative, and digital services tailored for international students, professionals, and businesses. With a network of skilled freelancers and subject matter experts, we have successfully delivered assignments for over 51 universities and colleges worldwide.
By engaging our services, you agree to the provision of the following (as applicable to your order):
- Assignment Completion Services: Academic assignments (school, college, university levels), research papers, theses, dissertations, coding/programming assignments, case studies, business reports, project files, creative writing, essays, and presentations.
- Creative Design & Editing Services: Video editing for social media/events, 2D animations, motion graphics, visual effects, posters, flyers, banners, brochures, storyboards, and explainer videos.
- Web Development Services: Static and dynamic website design, e-commerce/CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), UI/UX design, wireframing, and technical support.
- Logo & Brand Identity Design: Custom/animated logos, brand color palettes, typography guides, business collateral, and social media branding assets.
- Additional Services: Customized services like UI/UX mockups, resume design, digital illustrations, marketing materials, and copywriting (as agreed upon in writing).
2 Term and Workflow Process
This Agreement remains in effect from the moment of acceptance until all agreed-upon deliverables are completed, unless terminated earlier. Our structured workflow operates in the following phases:
- Discovery Phase: We begin with a consultation (via WhatsApp, phone, or video) to understand your needs, define the project scope, key deliverables, and deadlines.
- Planning and Design: We prepare a detailed project plan. For design/development projects, mockups or wireframes are provided for approval before proceeding.
- Execution: Our team engages specialized freelancers and team members to begin work immediately upon confirmation to ensure timely delivery.
- Delivery and Support: We provide regular updates and previews. Deliverables are provided in relevant formats (including .pdf, .docx, .png, .jpg, .tiff) via a shared Google Drive dashboard, allowing you to download, review, and re-edit files anytime.
3 Client Responsibilities and Academic Disclaimer
To ensure a successful project, the Client is responsible for:
- Providing clear requirements, timely feedback, guidelines, and necessary resources.
- Thoroughly reviewing all deliverables before final submission to academic institutions or other entities.
- Communicating concerns promptly to allow for revisions.
Revisions & Academic Outcomes:
Workflow offers unlimited revisions prior to the final upload or external submission, provided the changes fall within the original scope of work.
⚠️ Note: We do not have control over how academic institutions evaluate submissions. Outcomes such as marks or grades fall outside the scope of this agreement. Our service focuses solely on completion and timely delivery based on provided guidelines.
4 Payment Terms, Pricing, and Discounts
- Invoicing & Advances: Payments shall be made within 30 days of invoice receipt, unless otherwise agreed. However, an advance payment may be required before work commences to ensure prompt payment to our freelancers (as our earnings are based on a commission structure).
- Payment Method: All payments must be made digitally using the bank details or instructions provided with your quotation.
- First-Time Client Discount: Special discounts for new clients.
- Referral Discount: If a new client is referred by an existing client, the new client receives a discount, and the referrer becomes eligible for future benefits.
- Loyalty & Group Referral Bonus: Clients referring four or more new clients receive significant ongoing discounts. (All discounts are subject to verification and must be agreed upon in writing).
5 Assignment Quality Standards
When selecting services, Clients may choose between two quality tiers:
- Mid Quality (Moderate) – Recommended by Workflow: Focuses on meeting standard assessment requirements with clear formatting, adequate research, and sufficient details. Best for timely, efficient task management where high-level personalization is not required.
- High Quality (Advanced): Includes deeper research, advanced structuring, and professional polishing. Designed for situations expecting top scores, external evaluations, or presentations.
6 File Retention
To ensure security and convenience, Workflow will retain a backup of all delivered files for a period of up to 4 years from the delivery date. This allows clients to retrieve past work or request edits in the future.
7 Code of Conduct
We expect professional and respectful behavior from all clients. Abusive language, threats, misuse of our services, or unprofessional behavior toward our staff or service providers will result in the immediate termination of the project without a refund. Workflow reserves the right to take appropriate action against unjustified complaints.
8 Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement with 2 days' written notice. Upon termination, the Client shall be responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the date of termination, including any approved work in progress.
9 Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary, sensitive, or confidential information (including documents, personal info, strategies, and pricing) exchanged during and after the term of this Agreement. Information will not be disclosed unless required by law or with prior written consent. This confidentiality obligation survives the termination of this Agreement.
